I used it last night to make a Keto Cheesecake. It came out perfectly and tastes great! We have been using Stevia sweetener regularly and now with the stevia powder can expand our Keto based food.

Here's the thing: nothing that you replace sugar with is going to taste like sugar. I am cutting back on sugar and wanted a natural alternative to put in my coffee (my main source of sugar intake). The Stevia you find in stores has additives and things like xylitol (not necessarily good for you).
This stevia is awesome. It virtually has no taste. And it GOES GREAT IN MY COFFEE- something I never thought I'd find. BUT there is a taste difference. Sugar gives coffee a distinctive taste. Stevia is a little bit different in the profile of coffee. That's the nature of it. I'm getting used to it and my gut flora is reaping the benefits of a low sugar diet.
Also it doesn't clump up like some raters stated. Here is my morning coffee. No clumps. I put stevia in first, then milk, then my coffee. Notice how little Stevia I put in. Tiny amount is all you need.

.At first I gave it 3 stars because the bag was pretty small , but when I tasted it I realized it really was a lot sweeter than most any stevia I have tasted , so that will probably make up for the small bag.. Thank you!!
Buy very small measuring spoons

This is a VERY fine, white powder and is VERY sweet. I would suggest purchasing VERY small measuring spoons to use with this. This is not a negative comment, just to help others. I am glad I purchased this. This package will last a long time since you will use miniscule amounts.

Best tasting stevia product I've tried so far. No after taste! I never thought I'd actually enjoy tea & coffee again. I love sugar and nothing could substitute it until I tried this. I don't miss sugar and that is a huge thing for me to say. And you only use a teeny tiny amount so this will probably last me a year. In fact I'm going to write the date of when I opened it on the package just to see how long it takes to use it up.
