I was very happy with the quality of the banner. I bought Pacon self adhesive letters to create my banner, but they didn't stick on all that great. Just putting it out there just in case anyone else is thinking of using those letters to create a banner. I was very happy with this product though.

Product is exactly as described the only reason for the four stars instead of five is due to the odor that is on the burlap I really think anyone who sells burlap products should mention this due to the product being made with mineral oil when you initially get anything burlap it stinks like gasoline I have found to get rid of any funky odor if you take the banner out hang it and spray it with a combination of 91% Rubbing alcohol along with some good smelling essential oils and repeat the process multiple times eventually the smell does get better but it does not go completely away
