I have a 17" laptop and although it fits in this bag it's not durable or safe to carry this in. First the strap broke off from the bag while i was boarding an airplane, and now both zippers have broke off sealing my laptop in the bag.
I've only used this bag for a few days and it just falling apart. I do not recommend.

This DOES fit my new 17" Predator Laptop IN the padded computer sleeve area, with room for my Tree New Bee Cooling Pad, the brick of a cord, a mouse and my phone & Kindle plus some miscellaneous charging cables in the interior pockets. It's a pretty heather color... light rose is what I would call it. Because our company has gone to a more mobile environment, I wanted something I could carry my laptop in that didn't look as bulky as my laptop backpack. This was bigger than I anticipated, so it's a little more than I wanted, but still is better than my backpack. It is definitely more of a briefcase, though, than a sleeve. I'll use it for a while and see if it grows on me. It wasn't a large cost investment, so it's okay.

I bought this for my daughter's chromebook but did realized 17 inch bag was too big. I don't want want to return it because of the hassle of doing it so I used it instead. I find it so useful. I put my microsoft surface, charger, mouse, phone charger and files. I love it being flat at the same time has lots of pockets for organization and so light.
