This was great to convert my cartridge filter into my sand filter.

Works perfectly as an adapter so that I could use sand pump filtration for my pool instead of the pump my pool came with.

Cap was warped and bent like a taco. Had to heat it up to make it seal. Tried to cancel order with no response from vendor. Total waste of money. For $2 get rubber seal material and cut a gasket out of it. Then cut the bottom out of a 5 gal bucket and reuse the original ring that held the pump in. Dont give your money away to this tool.
