I work in a hybrid environment so I'm constantly disconnecting the cable. After multiple uses, the plastic clip on the regular standard cable breaks which means I would no longer have a solid connection. This cable has a special metal clip that allows frequent connections that allows using the cable This way without the plastic clip breaking. I have three of these DanYee cables installed in my home network now. One, a 26-footer, has been in place for over a year. They are well constructed, including the ends and the braiding. Transmitting signal flawlessly. The braiding is attractive (and the color chosen helps distinguish it from the other cables). I find the flat cable can be neatly tucked between the edge of the carpet at the wall ... and the baseboard ... so that it all but entirely disappears. Also flat works better for running under throw rugs, inside rubber cable runners, etc. All-round excellent product. MOVE QUICK. I've been watching for others to buy, but I have noticed that, as a certain color/length stocks-out, it is NOT getting restocked.
