I just got mine today. Wrapped my thighs and stomach while cleaning my house a bit. I lasted 20 mins and I had to wash it off. My stomach started itching, im assuming from the heat and I couldn't stop the urge to scratch. They should really put how much to use on the package though cause I might have used to much on accident. Even after washing off, I'm still hot and tingling but not as intense. Hoping to see some good results, will try again next week. On the bright side, it gets hot like it's supposed to!

This definitely gets hot. I use plastic wrap and a waste trainer and walk. You feel it heat up quickly. Don't apply too much or you'll regret it! After all my workouts my stomach is drenched in sweat. But downside is when taking a shower it BUUUURNS!!! I HAVE to do a cold shower to even bare it. It feels not just topical but you feel it beneath your skin.
