have had trouble with gum infections for years no matter what I did. I have an electric oral b toothbrush ,mouthwash, salt rinse and plastic picks etc and still had problems. This rinse works ,so far been using it about 2 months now and infection free !

I take very good care of my teeth, but still had some bleeding gums, and this solved the problem. My dentist had given me a sample and I was surprised because it doesn't have any of the harsh ingredients that most mouthwashes have, but it has been the most effective. I think I found the magic bullet for fighting my Gingivitis issues and The Natural Dentist is a big part of my arsenal:

-Floss
-Arm & Hammer Complete Care Toothpaste with Baking Soda
-Phillips Sonicare with Soft Brush
-Tongue Scraper
-The Natural Dentist

along with regular trips for cleanings at my Dentist

Prior to the above, I tried various "Gingivitis Fighting" Toothpaste and Mouthwashes, Colgate Total, Crest Pro Health, Listerine and etc, also purchased some expensive mouthwash recommended by my Dentist which was basically Cetylpyridinium Chloride which is in the Crest and is a chemical that kill's your taste buds for several hours, not sure on long term use, but I experienced the loss and stopped using it. Even with using these chemical based solutions, I still had issues along with gum irritation and redness and it did not really solve my Gingivitis issues too well.

So I searched out and did my research, first saw The Natural Dentist at my local drug store, tried it and then ordered more from Amazon. First visit to the Dentist after using my routine above, pocket depth was measure well within the range for healthy gums (less than 3mm depth). I was shocked because I was waiting to hear much worse depth readings.

So in short, The Natural Dentist is a blessing, I love the taste and how it makes my mouth feel along with the fact it works in concert with Baking Soda toothpaste, which is effective against plaque growth, prior I did try baking soda alone but the results were not as good, so I can attest that my combination works well form my results.

I will keep using this treatment plan and feel much better I'm avoiding the chemicals is also another benefit along with costly laser treatments my Dentist always told me I needed.

My gums are more prone to gigivitis than the average person. I use to use a prescription mouthwash when I had flare ups. I saw this and decided to give it a try. Now it's the only mouthwash I buy. It completely replaced Colgate and Listerine in my house. This stuff works great and I haven't had any need for prescription mouthwash since I've been using it.
