I'm so glad I ordered this lounger/pillow. I always watch tv while lying on my bed. For years, I've been using three pillows to prop myself up but I could never get really comfortable. I'm 6' 200lbs. and this lounger is just the right size for me. Supposedly, it takes a good 24 hours to fluff up to its normal size after unpacking it. But mine seemed to be quite fluffed up right away. After unpacking it, I found a strange looking metal tool inside with all these weird looking wires protruding from the handle. There was nothing in the instructions indicating what this thing was. So I contacted the company and was told I received a head messager as a gift! I never would have figured out what it was. LOL

Upper back support is great for reading. However, I purchased the pillow with a goal to support three sections of my back after experiencing the pain of a herniated disc. I wanted support for the low back, mid back and neck.
Unfortunately for the lumbar region (low back) I use an old, soft standard size sleeping pillow to support the low back while reading or just sitting up in bed before falling asleep.
NECK SUPPORT I was disappointed with the round, cervical pillow that came with the purchase.
The round pillow was much too firm to rest comfortably against my neck as a I read.
The neck pillow is much too firm and actually sticks out too far to read for any period of time.
For the neck pillow I substituted a cheap flannel blanket for kids = and it works wonders.
It is soft, flexible and remains comfortable while reading.
The small blankets are found at holiday time at Rite Aid as a quick $5 gift or at Big Lots at the beginning of Fall.
These $5 flannel throws are perfect support because they are soft, flexible and comfortable and fill the gaps missing in the design of the pillow

BUY THIS PILLOW - for upper back support but have a couple of small flannel blankets handy.

I got this for my husband and he loves it. He said FINALLY he can sit up in bed and relax after a hard days work without his back starting to hurt from propped up pillows . Im glad i purchased this. I'm love my Husband pillow! I wanted a big, tall back rest pillow and this is exactly what I was looking for. Very high quality. It came with the cover detached from the actual pillow so you just have to put the cover on it. It comes vaccum sealed in a gray plastic bag. I ripped the bag open and then I started separating the chunks of foam on the inside and I also shook the pillow. Since I'm very petite, I shook it against my bed instead of in mid air. I did this until all of the chunks were seprated in pieces which took about 7 minutes. Then I just let it sit for 24 hours. It fluffed up so nicely. Then I put the pillow cover on. It wasn't to hard to put on. Only took 3 minutes or so. The color is very nice. It's bright but not too hot pink or neon. It has a small pocket on the right arm and a large one on the back. And also, the pillow came a lot quicker than I expected. The only bad thing was the price. The shipping made the pillow cost almost $75.

I bought this for my wife who needed upright support while lying in bed. She says it is very comfortable and allows her to sleep upright with no issues with the help of a couple of pillows.
My only gripe with this product is the way the headrest is attached. The button and string is not very sturdy and one button has already fallen off trying to attach the headrest.
