I purchased two of these to replace a coupled of similar plastic case ones. The previous ones worked fine, except that the light gauge string attachment broke on both. It appears that the new ones have the same gauge string and again no apparent way to replace it if it breaks. It would be nice if the company could supply a stronger/larger gauge string or provide a way to replace it. If you are going to use these every day, be careful of bringing the string in contact with any adjacent materials or tools.
