Perfect! Flat, comfy, stays put

Exactly what I was looking for! I use this belt to hold my phone and house key while running. It is super thin and flat to the body, so the only added thickness to your body will be the size of whatever you put in the pouch (for me, just the thickness of my phone.) When it's empty, it looks like there is nothing on you at all. I also really like the fact that there are dividing pockets in the pouch so that my key doesn't rub up against my phone and scratch it.
The strap is made of a very comfy stretchy material, so it doesn't cut into your body at all while you run. You can adjust the straps really easily, so I have it a little looser when I'm just out for walk and I tighten it up when I run so it doesn't flop around at ALL.
This belt is also great for people with big phones (something I was worried about). I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max and it fits great with plenty of room. I can still take it in and out of the pouch to change my music fairly easily.
Overall this pouch feels very well-made and high quality and does its job perfectly. It feels much more expensive than it is! If you're looking for a running belt this is the one.

Love the water resistance on the inside since my Pixel 4a isn't water resistant.
Was hoping I could wear this backward for comfort, but it's too slippery. Otherwise this is the only running belt I've found on Amazon so far that is water resistant, relatively slim but has pockets inside to separate keys from phone, AND can be tightened to 24" (and possibly less). Because of the flexible sizing, it doesn't bounce on my runs. It does occasionally slide up a few times worn in the front but it's very easy to fix while running.
I really just wish the backside had more friction. If it did, it'd be perfect.
Note that this is a pouch shape by default, it's not like an uber minimalist SPIbelt that stretches to fit the shape of contents inside.

Good quality, reflective zipper, sits nice around the hips as pictured, and ultra slim for carrying the basics, like a phone, some paper money and/or a credit card or ID, but not much else. No stretch to it. Can't fit my keys and I could only fit my Samsung S10+ if I took off the protective case.
