Can this be scooped out a little at a time (and thawed to use) , and keep the rest in the freezer for later use?

I have a question that I need answered. The question is: since this Bettercreme Frosting/ Filling comes "frozen" , Can You scoop out just the amount that you need to use for the time being while it is still frozen? Then leave the balance amount in the bucket for later use? I could not use it all @ once @ home and also, canit be thawed and refrozen? I wouldn't think you'd want to do that more than once if even once! Please respond as soon as possible to this text question. I'd really like to order a 15 pound bucket, but I need this information to make an enlightened decision!

I used this icing when I was a cake decorator. It's smooth and it tastes great on cakes and as a filling for all kinds of pastries. The vanilla and chocolate both taste delicious. Now, I'm going to use it at home.
