This repair kit was not as easy to assemble as I anticipated. Perhaps this was due to the shape of the clock face I was repairing. I was able to get it to work by leaving out some of the washers that were provided.

I went to Hobby Lobby, Walmart, Michael's Craft Store, hardware stores, etc. to find a replacement movement for my quartz wall clock. I thought I could use the same hands and only get the movement without hands. It didn't work. The hands didn't fit the shaft. I wish I'd just bought this set and saved myself a lot of time trying to fix my clock.I recommend buying a movement with hands included that match. This one was so great including choices including sets of hands. I used the longest hands and easily clipped the length of those off as they were too long. They worked out fine. Great service and packaging and shipping was fast. Easy to install and WORKS PERFECTLY! Don't waste your time and energy and buy this complete set!!! I highly recomment this set!
