Perfect for son’s Halloween costume

The reviews seemed a little mixed, so I wasn't sure about this product... but it is going to be perfect for what we are using it for. My son's Halloween costume this year is actually Dogman. (So nothing to do with a conductor lol) While we didn't need the whistle, the kids are still enjoying using it. Not the best train whistle available but it does work. Anyway, my son is 6 and this hat fits him. I ordered this over a few other options, because I could get it faster (and it was in stock)!
