This bar is amazing and I even tried opening my door and it's like you can open just very very slightly nothing no one can stick in between I feel more safer now cuz I live in an apartment and they just had a chain on the door which they messed up in ....any way anybody could just come in so I got this cuz I was tired of waiting for them to fix it, and I'm so glad I did
