I have to say this stuff works. I always have problems sleeping and when I take Lights Out, I sleep all night long. I also really like the doulble safety seal on the cap. I have taken other sleep aids that leave an aftertaste. These do not do that.These work great and I would recommend these to anyone with sleep problems.
Everyone is wired differently, but based on my experience, I would not recommend lights out as an effective sleep aid.

I take another Key Nutrients product, Cerebral Boost, and saw incredible results from it; however, I cannot say the same for this one. I have had mixed results with this product. I have had a handful of nights where I took the supplements as instructed, 30 minutes before bedtime, and have blissfully faded straight to sleep only to wake up once or twice throughout the night- which was MUCH less than my usual every-hour. Then there are nights where I cannot fall asleep at all and end up staring at the ceiling, counting backwards from 100, reading, stretching, doing whatever I could to make myself fall asleep. The frustration would eventually get the best of me and I'd fall asleep an hour before needing to wake up for work. I'm not sure if it is because I take Cerebral Boost every day that counteracts with the effectiveness of lights out or its just the chemical make-up of my body, but either way, I won't be purchasing this product again after I run out. Everyone is wired differently, but based on my experience, I would not recommend lights out as an effective sleep aid.
Valerian root perks me up like nothing else

If you have trouble with valerian root, as I seem to, then do not bother. Valerian root perks me up like nothing else. I thought that since there were a lot of other calming ingredients in this mix (and the 5 star reviews) that I would be ok. NO, not ok. I was up all night. Hopefully I can get a refund as this stuff is pricey.

I researched this product on zlappy.com before I purchased it and I have purchased it several times since. As the name implies, I take two and then it's "Lights Out". When I did my search on Zlappy.com I discovered some of the key details about how it works so well and what actually is in these things. I suggest other do their research as well.
