I debated so long as to which playfood package to buy and I am thrilled with this. This isn't my first rodeo when it comes to play food. I grew up with my own kitchen and spent a decade working at day cares. I also have a 10 year old who spent about 6 years playing with his kitchen set and we've had to buy multiple sets due to wear. These were by far my favorite set! It has everything you could want and really gives an extra excitement for my girls when they play. They feel like they are working harder to prepare the meal they made when they get to slice it. These are durable and well made. I highly recommend them.

My 1 and 3 year olds love these. They are very sturdy and well made. The food is not scaled to proper size but my kids don't care. Like all toy sets at this age, they tend to "dump it and run" a lot instead of actually playing with it. That being said, my 3 year old loves to mix and match the food and pretend to cut it up and cook with it. My 1 year old mostly likes to pull the pieces apart. The bag is dangerous though and within a day I had to take it off of my sons head and throw it away. Not a safe way to store the food items. I should have known better though. Overall I would definitely buy it again.

Most velcro cut toys loosen fast and honestly, i dont like all the "melissa &doug" wooden cut toys because they are CHEAP looking AND wear out within a week.
I recommend these cut toy over any other ones on the market. They are bright, solid quality, and give that nice CRUUNNNCH sound when cutting through velcro, even after rigorous use.

Great quality and detail. Each product is individually wrapped, some come wrapped in a bundle, I went ahead and unwrapped each item before I wrapped it up for Christmas since I know my son would want to play with it right away.

My kids love this cutting playset! They are excited with and cannot stop playing these toys. They are proud of being able to cut them down, as well as to match them right. Also, these toys motivate them to learn the name of fruits, vegetable, and food actively. I'm glad that we got this playset for our kids.
