Won’t spray when pointed down. Those with smaller plants be aware!

I use this for a mister when I am propagating succulents. Therefore, I need to be able to point it down and aim it at the dirt. However it does NOT spray when pointed down! Only when it is fully upright does it mist. It also leaks out of the top nozzle area where it gets screwed on (yes, I've checked to make sure it was on all th way). Something that doesn't exactly benefit my floors or furniture. If you need to mist a few leaves on plants every now and then, this might be a good product for you. Especially since it's so pretty and does create a great mist. However don't use if you need to get to plants that are horizontal and haven't grown tall enough vertically yet, because as pretty as this mister is, you'll end up dripping the water all over the place and only being able to spray them after a few minutes of frustration.

I really love the glass bottle of this mister. It is pretty and a good weight.
I knew the pump/sprayer would be plastic, but the plastic feels very cheap. You have to be careful when you tighten it. If it isn't really tight you cannot tilt it, it will leak. If you do tighten it down enough it feels like you might break the plastic.
I have it worked out now, and it looks pretty, so I can deal with it.

This product is great! It came exactly as described! This is perfect for plants that have a high foliar water uptake (plants that absorb moisture through the leaves). My bromeliads love this sprayer. I am thinking about getting one for fertilizer.

This glass spray bottle looks exactly like the picture on Amazon. It is pretty enough to look like ornamentation. I bought it to mist the leaves of a tropical plant, and it performs very well. The tap water in my city leaves a lot of mineral deposits, so I use distilled water.
