After opening the box and inspecting the product before I used it, I noticed one of the chest straps was already torn. I tried contacting the seller to see if I could get a replacement harness however the product is non returnable and I was never able to speak with the seller. I decided to assemble the product and try it out since there was no chance of getting a replacement.
The blower worked great and started up after just 2 pulls. However, after putting water in the sprayer tank to test the misting capabilities, the blower becomes extremely heavy. The straps are all necessary and having one already broken is going to become an issue with future use.
Also, after tightening the straps to secure the blower on my back, I noticed the lower back support padding was not useful as the hard plastic base was constantly running on my lower back leaving 2 sore spots. I'm 6 feet tall and a shorter or taller individual may not have this issue. I'll be adding padding to make it more user friendly as well as trying to fix the strap before it completely tears.
Other than that, the blower and mister work great and I was able to spray an acre of land in less than 30 minutes going through two full chemical tanks.

Purchased this item 2 years ago. Made of high-quality, durable materials with good fit and finish. Had an issue with slow revs at one point. Contacted customer service, who were friendly, competent and responsive. Problem solved with a specialty carb adjustment tool that they promptly sent to me FedEx, free of charge. The fogger has the power to get the mist up high into the tree branches. Being stupid and lazy, I put the unit away last year with gas (ethanol-free) in the tank. No "winterizing." A year later, I replaced the gas with fresh fluid and started the unit up without incident or agony. Speaks well of the engine. I believe that you are getting good value here.

The sprayer can be used for liquids and comes with all the accessories to spray granules. Great reach up into the trees, the back pack allows you to support all of the weight easily, very ajustable for all the things you will like to use it for. NIce machine ad good or better than the high priced spread.

My husband was overjoyed to see this delivered. He put it together with no problems and used it right away. One tip we have learned is to place the sprayer on something like the bed of a pickup truck BEFORE you fill it! It's already heavy, so once you fill it with your chemicals, it will be much easier for the wearer to put on.

This unit works great. A little bit of assembly. The mister works better than my older unit which was heavy. Easy to adjust how much product you want to come out. Give you extra parts.
