I really love this bag. Really cute, easy to carry, lightweight, nice capacity, and water resistant. A little tricky getting into some of the compartments, but no biggie. It did really well on a recent trip out of the country. But there was one very disappointing aspect. One of the two zippers on the main compartment disconnected, so now only one zipper can open and close it. I'm a little worried it might disconnect too, and then the bag will be useless. It happened pretty easily. Since I missed the short return window, I will live with it as is, but the zipper does seem a bit weak and could use a better option. Other than this possibility, you will love the bag!

I am in the midst of a month long work/learning trip to Guatemala and I am so glad I purchased this sturdy attractive backpack.It easily fits my laptop and books, and I feel at ease in crowded situations by the safety features of front zip pouches and sturdy cut-resistant straps. Comfortable to wear (I am 5'8" and the adjustable straps are great. Great design, great product

At first, when looking for a bag I was looking for something to replace my mini backpack because I needed more space and something that could carry more. When I found this and bought it I got everything I was looking for and more. I absolutely love the safety feature that it has for the big pocket as the small backpack I used to have and take everywhere with me didn't have it and whenever I was walking past people I would hold the zipper down so no one could open it 😂 yeah, I was always alert because I didn't want anyone to steal from my backpack. But with this one, I don't really have to worry about that because I keep the most important things on the main big pocket which when wearing the backpack goes on my back and no one can open it while I'm wearing it. So, I feel more comfortable walking around with it. As for the storage, I got a size Medium and I got it in black. It's not even the large size and can fit so much. In this backpack sometimes I've put things like moisturizer and facial cleanser (not the small bottles), headphones, a charger, glasses case, retainers, pills or pill organizer, a little bag that I put in the pocket it has on the flap that has the zipper which takes up the whole space of the pocket, hair brush, comb, little containers with items, and more. And it holds all of it! Of course, it looses its slim look but it doesn't even look bulky because of the way it's designed. It has great height inside, I think you could maybe even fit an apple tablet in it. For traveling it can also be pretty good, you can take it anywhere. The design is cute and simple. As for durability I would say it's pretty good! I've had this backpack for over a year and it doesn't have any wear and tear or scratches and nothing has broken so far nor is anything close to breaking. Overall I would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a backpack for travel or for taking anywhere that's nice, versatile, has great storage capacity and is secure. If anyone wants to get it for school I wouldn't really recommend the medium as it won't be able to fit everything you need to take to school. Maybe a large would work for that but I wouldn't know as I have a Medium. Anyways I hope this review was helpful to you! I hope you have a nice day/evening/night!

Before I get into the only issue I have with this purchase I want to start with the positives. I love this backpack purse. The main selling point was the main zipper is on the inside making it less appealing to pickpockets and theft. It is very roomy, large enough for a thick hardback book, wallet and cell phone. There are two front zippered pockets that hold space for sunglasses sized items and the side pockets for a 20oz plastic water bottle
The negative: I think the leather was treated with low quality fish oil and it smells Awful.
I hung it out to air dry for 24 hours, still smelled, sprayed with with Mrs Meyers, still smelled, sprayed it with pet and urine spray, still smelled! My last attempt will be to try backing soda, a hack we found online.
Other than the horrifyingly embarrassing smell this backpack purse is exactly what I wanted/needed.

I needed a replacement bag for my beloved leather designer backpack that was stolen. I wanted one that had a zipper on the backside. After seeing two flight attendants with this bag, I asked how they liked them? They had each had their bag for two years and it was holding up strong. This review is for the large backpack not the smaller sizes. I don't know what those will fit.

It has two hidden zipper pockets on each side. The main compartment not accessible by the side zippers is quite large and roomy. It has great access as needed. Just be sure you zip up completely. I was able to fit my iPad, kindle, wallet, large makeup caddy, headphones, a book, socks, charger, pens and a small soup canister and had room to spare! Thankfully the bag is light itself so when I packed it full, it was not adding unreasonable weight.

There are side pockets that you can tuck a water bottle, sunglasses, a small umbrella (yes I did that last week) or your phone (for a moment) in.

The straps are like seatbelt material. Sturdy and will dry quickly. The main compartment zipper looks quality as does the construction of the bag.

If traveling internationally I always recommend the money belt. However this bag helps deter any would be thieves and that is what I am looking for in a city. I'm tired of bringing a crossbody as well. I want one bag for my travels.

I ordered a black bag. The other flight attendants had navy blue which looked great with their uniforms. I ordered my mom the brown and she likes how it looks.
