Easy to make a comes out well. Had it for a brunch and everyone really enjoyed it. One of the best GF breads we have tried! Thanks for making a great GF product. My daughter has Celiac's Disease and we are always on the search for good quality things to bake.

I used this mix to make dinner rolls for Thanksgiving. They were delicious. I purchased another box to make a Challah loaf as well. I really missed Challah since having to go gluten free. I'm so happy to have found this delicious GF option.
Best gluten free challah/bread mix ever!

The best bread mix out there for gluten free eating! Have tried so many and this is the closest to regular gluten challah. Also, if you follow the directions you are pretty much guaranteed success!!

My son has celiac so we are always on the lookout for good GF products. We've tried the original challay by Orly and had success. Since that seemed to be on backorder, by son begged to try the choice chip version. We made it by the recipe in a stand mixer with paddle. Then dumped the entire batter into a silicone challah mold. Used wet spatula to smooth out. It makes 1 'large' challah in the mold. Bake for 20 min in mold then flipped onto parchment paper on cookie sheet. Egg wash. Bake another 20 min. Came out great and of course, chocolate chips make any kid enjoy it more. It's a little pricey but I think worth it once in a while. Certainly more like challah than other breads we've tried.
