Busting Printer Cartridge High Cost
Amazon Customer•September 10, 2018
Well it took me 30 years, but I finally cracked the cartridge high cost problem with this refill kit. Easy to use, great instructional video on BCH website, and the refilled cartridges print perfectly. It looks like I have enough ink for at least ten refills. Please check the photo for an easy solution to drilling into the cartridges - just take the little hand drill BCH provides and slip into your drill chuck handle and all (my drill is a 1/2 " chuck, but it should also fit a 3/8" chuck).
Good idea in theory

This looked like it should be so easy! Now based on what their website showed and said, this would actually be a good bargain if I could get it to work. They give you plenty of ink in those refill bottles that you can probably refill your cartridges half a dozen times or more.
Their website is actually pretty decent. They have several different sets of instructions. Printed versions as well as video versions, and different versions of those for the different versions of the printer.
Now, I cannot give this an accurate grade because I have not been able to use it. I read through when I bought it, and looked at the pictures and I thought the box was supposed to come with some sort of generic empty cartridge. Well now, and the only way to get the old ones open is by cutting them or drilling a hole. It's too small for me to maneuver to hold in one and then drill with the other. They were kind enough to include the miniature handheld, hand cranked drill tool. But again I didn't have enough hands to get that to work.
The other option is to take a knife and cut along the top lid that has been snapped shut since the factory. After almost slicing various fingers open, and nearly filleting my forearm I gave up.
If any of you have suggestions on how to make that process work I would happily adjust this score. But I do think they need to get someone to help them make the posting a little clearer.

Great!! Really impressed, it was my first time to buy the refill ink for my printer and I was a little hesitant at first but I will say I can't tell the difference in the quality, it's just as good as the original ink that comes with Canon cartridges. Most definitely get a great value for a very low cost. I can't see doing it any other way. ThanKS guys!

wish I had known about this product many years ago!!! I could have saved hundreds of dollars. It doesn't come with instructions BUT I think watching the video was more helpful then paper instructions. It does come with the youtube video sight so you can watch it. I did use a drill to make the holes on the top, the screw thing just was too hard. I don't use the holder or really anything but the ink after I made the drill holes. Awesome. I'm really glad I discovered this and will order again. I can't tell any difference between the original ink and this one. Copy quality is excellent. Now I print as much as I want without concern.

it said on the description that the ink level be indicating very low on the you computer screen, but suddenly stopped working i have no idea why, but be careful not to miss your hand up wear a pier of glove, it will miss your hand, cloths, what ever come first. it does not go that quick, impotent: the driller which comes with it is not working, make sure you have electronic or some other sort of driller, it will take time and hard work, too
