Amazing!

This thing is amazing! I was looking into getting the DB Method when I found this. It seemed to me that it was more machine for like a 3rd of the price! I got it yesterday, put it together and did my first workout. After only 10 minutes of reps and stop, reps and stop I was sweaty and my heart was racing! It packs a punch for sure. It is a hard workout but it is so worth it and I can't wait till I'm able to go longer! I fully recommend it. I'm going to alternate my workouts on this with workouts on my treadmill... so that would be each 3 times a week and rest on Sunday... I can't wait to see my progress in a few months! Love it!
Don’t buy the assembly assistance

Love this. Whatever you do don't buy the $90 assembly assistance. Waste of money!! It only took me 10 minutes to put this together. There are a total of 4 pieces to attach and that is it.

Received this item today and so far I would say I am very impressed! Setup was super simple, minimal put together and tools were included. Seemed a little unlevel but i have now put on yoga mat. The tension is decent for me at this time, but theoretically if I continue and get stronger would be nice to have option to increase tension. Also the feet pedals have ability to have shoe cuff but this does not come with... would be nice to keep foot from slipping- IF that happens (has not happened to me yet). Very pleased and have already recommended for friends at home gyms. Oh and folds easily to place in closet and out of sight when not in use!
