I'm 5'3 and 125 lbs, and this still cut in my waist even though I am not too pudgy around my waist. I had to order a medium and return the small, but the elastic band is just too tight. I'll be getting a strap extender and it should be fine though. However, it is VERY pretty and looks great! It doesn't feel cheap.

Right out of the package it was a perfect fit . And the wine color was noticeable .

This garter belt is so pretty, it seems very well made and it's very soft. I did have to exchange it though for a larger size. It seems to run slightly small. My measurements fall on the smaller end of the size Small so I ordered that size, I thought it would be ok since i wanted it to sit on the smallest part of my waist anyway. It was just a little too snug for comfort. I ended up getting a medium instead. So I would say sizing up is a good idea.

I don't have much experience with wearing garter belts but I'd ordered a pair of thigh high stockings a while back and had issues keeping them up so I decided to give it a try.
For reference I ordered the largest size (3X, I believe) and it fits perfectly. I usually wear a 3X in Faded Glory leggings and carry most of my weight on my hips/waist.

The fit was absolutely perfect. The material is very high quality and very stretchy both around the waist and for the straps. They hold up my stockings very well and the garter itself doesn't move in the slightest, even with a tight pull on the stockings. The small bones(?) along the corners are comfortable and unnoticable as you can't actually feel them when you have it on.
The only thing I'm not crazy about personally are the clasps that fit onto the stockings. It took a lot of trial and error to successfully hook them and securely push them closed (probably just my lack of experience) but at least once they were secured they didn't accidentally pop back off. However while I was attempting to hook one of the back clasps I accidentally pulled one of the rubber pieces off the strap which was easily remedied by just feeding it back through the end piece, but that still bugged me a little since it was so easy to accidentally do.

All in all though I couldn't be happier! Definitely makes me feel quite sexy while wearing it and serves its purpose wonderfully. Best quality material for the price. â'¡

First I will say this GB is so lovely! Very well made so I'm incredibly disappointed that I have to return because it's too small and gives me very unattractive bulging on the very last clasp- there are two. My hips are 39 inches exactly so the medium should have been fine. Unless you have absolutely sculpted hips and are my size I recommend sizing up! But sooo beautiful!
