We purchased this to go in our rv. We received it a couple days after ordering it. Hooked it up and it took maybe 4 or 5 minutes to work. Very easy and great picture. Update on this review, you have to watch programs from the same satellite. If the primary connection is set on a satellite you can not watch programs from another satellite.

Dish worked, however was received with scuff markets on the dome. Was supposed to be 4 foot pads to mount to the Tripod, only 3 provided. Locking screw provided was machine screw, but no holes pre-threaded to match. Luck the Tripod came with 3 feet (although that too was supposed to have 4)

I bought for my RV but was disappointed when I received it and Dish informed me it wouldn't work when hooked up to the coax cable system on my RV. It could only be hooked up to one independent tv, and the cable has to run through a window or door, or rewire my RV! Funny, it's a 2015 and the coax cable system isn't compatible!
