this replacement kit comes with everything and it was easy to swap into the existing clock face. i did not use the hands since the existing ones fit on shaft. i was able to save $8 compared to if i bought this from the clock repair shop i bought a replacement kit 4 years ago. hope this lasts at least 4 years.

There was nothing wrong with the device, the mechanism was too short to attach to my clock and the hands too long. The item was packaged nicely and everything there, just did not fit my clock, my mistake. I have nothing bad to say about the item.
