I purchased this for a mixer, small appliance. Mixer would not work, so I tried to use this, and was told, go to the manufacturer for help. Stated they only kick in when the one year manufacturer warranty is UP! NOW... I cannot find the manufacturer of Back to Basics. Tried to contact seller, said, send it back. I decided to ditch it and wont ever purchase a Square Trade again!
