Chair was cheaply made and broke twice in 1 years. Seller replaced 1 st one, squaretrade reimbursed me for the 2nd one. Process was a little slow and multiple steps to complete.

Im glad I purchased the Allstate protection plan at the time I purchased the chair. I did not expect my chair to break given it was only about a year old. Im glad I had the protection plan and my claim was approved.

I wasn't thrilled that I had to submit "proof" of my item purchase when I bought the insurance at the same time that I purchased my item. I also didn't like how much effort I had to put towards submitting my claim. Finally, I was paid less than what I initially paid for the item. I guess it's still better than getting nothing back, though
