This item is well-constructed and is precisely as pictured. I bought it without realizing that it was meant to be used with a vertical drill press and a vice or other clamp of some kind. No instructions were included whatsoever. However, I figured out how to make it work by clamping the two pieces together with a pair of vice-grips and using a handheld drill. I can drill through a bolt head in less than 5 minutes. Very easy to use, in my opinion.
