This is an awesome pillow massager because it's cordless!! I can now take it anywhere without having it plugged. I also like the fact that the kneading massager changes direction without having to switch it. I am happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this massager to my family and friends.

A five star product from a 5 star company. This is the best massager I have ever owned. It works perfectly and is just the right size for various body areas. Not only is is a fine product and well worth the money, the company Mynt is the one to buy from. They stand behind their products and are genuinely concerned about costumers being completely satisfied.

It's...fine. I find the nubs to be a bit too small, causing painful pinches on bonier parts of the body like shoulders. I've only found it comfortable to use for my neck while laying and lower back while sitting. The size makes it easy to stow away, so I keep it under my bed most of the time.

I love this massager! First of all, it's great that it is rechargeable so you don't have to be tethered to a cord. You can use it anywhere. The fabric covering is really nice and I like the fact that there is a pocket in the back. I can thread a strap through this so I can move the massager up and down my back easily.Also, it feels great! It actually feels like two hands are gently kneading your body. Anyone who's tried my massager has gone right home and ordered their own. Plus, the company has the best customer service ever!

Shortly after my initial review that the massager get painful, a rep at Mynt contacted me via email to follow up on the issue. She then offered to send me a different model of the pillow massager that was not cordless and at no additional charge. I was pleasantly surprised in her desire to make my experience with their product a good one. I received the second massager and found it to be more effective and was able to use it for a longer amount of time than the first one. The rep from Mynt continued to follow up with me to learn about my experience with the second massager. Based on their customer service and eagerness to find a product that did work for me I give this seller 5 stars. Wish everyone selling their products on Amazon were an conscientious as the people at Mynt!
