This is not as soft as the embossed toilet rolls, but the embossing makes rolls contain less sheets so was good with that. The only thing that annoyed me was getting two "half" rolls in the box. They must have been made with the leftover paper from a sheet and are half the height of the regular rolls. Not much quality control there!

I began purchasing this TP when my preferred brand (also recycled 20-ply 500-sheet rolls) became unavailable because of pandemic supply-chain issues. The feel is acceptable, and the rolls last a long time. The problem I had with the last box is that most of the rolls had a defective inner cardboard tube"”it started to "unpeel," with protrusions in the center of the cylinder that prevented the roll from rotating smoothly on a rod. So you have to use two hands to rotate the roll and get a strip of TP. I will probably switch back to my old brand if it's available.
