I ordered this in a recommended extra large size. It was too big (I usually wear a large or extra large in shirts). I returned it and ordered a large instead. The L does fit better, but it's not the same vest. It actually is a lot nicer than the first one that was sent. It's the same on Amazon because I went to it and just changed the size, so good luck with what you order and actually get. The large that I received is great although not near as long as pictured. Actually it is very different including buttons. Who knows"¦

I am a large breast woman and normally order a size up for it. Went with a xxl and found the fit exactly as I would expect for a early to mid xxl. If you tend to buy xl/xxl depending on brand/style/cut then I recommend xxl. If xxl is your low range, go higher.
This is made to fit. Not a lot of stretch. Buy to size without the expectation that it will stretch that last little bit for you.
Bought to wear with my collared button downs since no general design will fit my dimensions and vests allow me to wear the right size for my body while neatly covering the bust area. Plus, vests are just nice in general. And a good quality vest does wonders.

This is an amazing well made vest! The workmanship and fabric was much better than I imagined. It fits me like a glove. I would say the sizing is bery generous. I am size 8, with a 38" bust and I have plenty of room in a medium.

Quality is good. Definitely runs big glad I listened to other reviews and sized down. Normally wear medium got a small and areas are still large. It's a longer vest which I like I was not looking for cropped. The arm holes are very wide. Two front pockets. Don't love it but don't hate it.
