I love how easy this was. It came fully assembled. I opened the box, rearranged my desk and boom I was ready to go. Be sure to get a fatigue mat for your feet. I swiped mine from my kitchen, then got a new on over the weekend. I slide it under my desk when I'm sitting and pull it out when I stand.
