A great Sangiovese

I followed the recipe except at bottling, I instead racked into a carboy and let it set for 3 months before bottling. It was already very good at bottling. 2 months later, it is mellowing out wonderfully. In my experience, the reds take 6 months before they shine but I'm almost done drinking a case now! My wife loves the sweet stuff, she finished off a moscato kit and I'm doing a sangria for her now but I will be circling back to this kit.
