Best gluten free bread!

First off, after reading one of the 1 star reviews let me emphasize---this is a MIX. That means you add some ingredients, roll it out and bake. It is also gluten free; so there are several different kinds of flours in the ingredients.
The hardest part about this mix is grating the frozen butter. Next time I will use the food processor for that step. Other than that the rest is really easy and the dough isn't nearly as sticky and stretchy as other gf doughs I've handled.
The rolls look a little different than wheat ones after baking--have some cracks on top. But the flavor is really good---flaky and buttery with a little bit of sweetness. I ordered more.

I used this mix as a pie crust for a taco pie recipe. It was easy enough to make that I feel like we got it right the first time thanks to the detailed instructions. It worked great in the taco pie, however we tried some rolls with the leftover dough and alone the flavor isn't the best. It was decent for gluten free but I'm not sure I'd get the mix again to eat alone. I will definitely get it again to use in the recipe though.
