They seep water

The ice melts pretty quickly, and once it does they seep water. It's comparable to putting ice in a ziplock bag, except these are insulated and feel more comfortable against the skin.

I had an ancient ice bag and the cap cracked so I had to buy a new one. Was happy to find this great value. I bought it for the large size bag to replace my old one but have found it is the small bag that gets used the most. The black velcro arm band has been an absolute life saver for both a shoulder and a foot injury. I couldn't lift my arm to keep adjusting the bag without tremendous pain so really this arm band made my days much easier which I am thankful for.

I've tried other ones from Walmart and other stores and they don't even compare to these.
I have spasms really bad in my sides and I have to use these at night with ice to stop them.
You get 3 different sizes and also a Velcro strap to hold the small and the medium ones on your knee or your arm if you if you pull a muscle or something.
Don't take my word for it just try them.
You won't be disappointed.
