Multi-Functional Lanyard

These are a well made, nice quality lanyard for multiple purposes. I bought these for clients who were sailing on a cruise to use with their sea pass cards. I like that they have the retractable cord for ease of use, which can also be taken off and clipped onto a pocket or clothing area so that the lanyard part could be left off, if desired. I would have given 5 Stars, but there was a glitch in the shipping of these. I will say however, that the customer service at Cruise On was absolutely incredible and communicated with me each step of the way to rectify the situation. (Unfortunately for them it was out of their control as the product was to be pulled, processed and shipped by Amazon and they failed to do so. But Jeremy, from Cruise On, contacted Amazon and helped facilitate and fix Amazon's error.) Other than just getting these a few days late, everything else was perfect.

As you can see by the above photo, the lanyard is a bit too long, especially for my Mom who is barely 5"1'. Other than that, a very nice product. The plastic seems to be made out of a durable material as does the lanyard itself. I like the feature that allows you to unsnap the card holder or to use the extender to pull it out even further. I won't be using this until next summer, but I anticipate this will be a great addition to my wardrobe on the ship.

Attention all cruise fans. What a great item! This lanyard is extremely good looking and the strap is very soft and comfortable, unlike the posers with the stiff strap that cuts into the back of your neck. No more having to walk around with your cruise card in your pocket or waiting in line at the cruise desk waiting for them to punch your room key to put a chain on it.
