It's good and springy, but it seems to be made for someone a bit larger than me. I use it intermittently to stretch my back while driving, but have to chuck it in the trunk after two hours or my back ends up hurting in a new way.

It gives a pretty good back support, but the hard little balls poke into me and aren't very comfortable. I think I can get good back support witthout being so uncomfortable other places.
