I should have listened to other reviews. DO NOT BUY! They came scratched up and looked like they were used before. Everything is so cheap that it's all broken and we haven't had the kit for more than 2 months.

My nephew loves the set. However, upon receiving it the box it came in as well as the play set were all very obviously used, some of the pieces were damaged and I fixed them. I expected something a bit better than what I got, but my nephew absolutely loves it which is the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars. It comes with a variety of pieces for him to use which is nice.

Our grandsons enjoy this set so very much. I knew they would but I honestly didn't expect it to get played with as much as it does. Everytime they come over they pull it out. The case is perfect for holding the items. All the items have held up.

My son is obsessed with scissors. He has been gifted safety scissors from Fiskars in the past, but he is always searching them out and he isn't allowed to play with them unsupervised. SO. I found this strictly so he could have a pair of 'scissors' and he ended up being totally in love with the whole set. The best part to me is that nothing is battery operated so no worries about things running out of juice. It's just plastic toy items but really they are pretty good quality for the price and the amount of pieces you get. The only thing that disappoints him is that the air doesn't really come out of the hairdryer when you work the trigger but that's very minor.
You get what you pay for.

First, I understand this is a $14 item. That being said, within 30 minutes of opening it the sponge from the brush fell off and the wingnut from the clippers fell off. The electric shaver was extremely rough and caused a lot of irritation on my toddlers face, I had to sand down the razor just so he could play with it. Some pieces are sturdy but most are flimsy and I don't see much of this kit lasting long.
