Great product for catching litter debris!

Through the years, I have tried many cat litter mats. This is the one the truly works and traps litter that is thrown outside of the litter box. It does come folded so don't expect a flat mat at first. It will flatten out over time. I love how the rubberized mats with holes tucks neatly inside the edges of the bottom of the mat. This is the key to keeping the litter trapped until you are ready to go and dump it out. It's lightweight and easy to pick up for cleaning. I love this mat so much that I bought another one for my litter box on the back porch. Two big thumbs up on this product!

Awesome! One thing though is the cat would jump from the box to jump over the mat. She didn't like the texture that was rough. The rough side is what they showed how to assemble. Turn it over to smooth side, works the same and does the job. To further the cause I bought a wooden decorative box that forced her to walk across the mat. This cut down on litter trails all over the floor by 80%. See the second picture and all that litter is down below the surface. It collects very good. For clean up I use shop vacuum and sucks it right!

This product is wonderful for keeping the litter OFF of the carpet. However, my boy cat doesn't like the "feel" of the top layer, so he's learning to jump OVER the litter box to get in and out. Still, this is a great product, and I plan to order several more for the other litter boxes in different rooms.
Update: My boy cat has decided he like this mat, and so I'm ordering another one for the basement litter box. This is a really great product.

The product's great. Super easy to clean, put together, pleasant soft-is material. etc. Any litter drops right between in the modest sized holes (just the right size, imo).
HOWEVER, my cat's love peeing and pooping on this instead of in the litter box.
They must be the only ones- I haven't read any other reviews that mention this.
No matter how much of the mat under the litter boxes and how little of it I reveal, on the mat it goes.
They get zero stars.

Pads keep litter trapped

I have two litter boxes, bought 4 of these, one to sit the extremely large clear litter box on, and one in front of the boxes. These litter trapper mats are really the only product I can say actually does a fabulous job. Minimal litter when my cats walk away. Takes a few seconds twice a day to sweep up with a butler broom.. And my cats had no problem adjusting to these.
Washed outside in the driveway with a hose, Dumped the litter trapped inside onto the lawn, sprayed them off to get rid of residual litter dust. Sprayed on some cleaner, rinsed off. Does not take long to clean and dry (in the sun on top of a container in my garage doorway) I am very pleased with this product. Definitely recommend.
