Creaking sound from my ceilings practically gone!!!

Originally, I mounted my heavy bag with just a piece of rope. Immediately after doing so, I noticed that the ceiling itself would make subtle but noticeable creaking sounds as if someone was stepping on the floor above me. And it became louder the harder I hit the bag. I was pretty disappointed because I live in an apartment with an attached garage and I knew my neighbors next door was able to hear it. I needed something that'll somehow dampen the vibration thus minimize the creaks. I came across this and decided to give it a try. I can't express how happy am after installation. I hit the bag multiple times as hard as I could and heard no vibrations or creeks. Thanks Outslayer for providing a solid product. It really fixed my problem.

I bought this product to mount my 100 lbs. Outslayer Heavy Bag. The hardware I received is of excellent quality. Each of the quick links, the spring, and the swivel are very strong, durable, and managed to exceed my expectations. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is interested in mounting their heavy bag.
