Nice all-in-one steam cleaner.

I was looking for a handheld steamer, but also wanted to get a new steam mop as I try to stay away from harsh chemical cleaners and use cleaners that are as natural as possible. I had a Shark steam mop for years that I loved, but it eventually gave out and I needed a replacement. What drew me to this product was the ability to use it both as a steam mop and as a hand-held steam cleaner. As soon as I got, I put it to work. At first, I used tap water, but as I live in an area where hard water is common, quickly decided to use distilled water. I did get much better results from using the distilled water. Overall, I love this product and do feel that it is really getting my house truly clean. My only complaint is that there is no option to control when the steam is released. This isn't so much an issue when using as a mop, but would be a nice feature to have with the handheld feature. Additionally, it's a little loud when in operation - definitely louder than my Shark. However, neither of these issues really detract from the overall quality and ease of use of the product.

I am loving this steam mop! I have a 2 bedroom apartment with tile and vinyl floors that look like hardwood. I live in a city and leave the windows open often, and as a result a black dust accumulates on the floors. It is very difficult to keep my floors clean, that is, until I bought this mop. It is great at soaking up all the black grime from my floors! And it gets spills and sticky kitchen grime off as well. It is very easy to use. I have purchased extra mop pads, because you need to change them out pretty quickly if your floors are dirty like mine, with black dust. I currently go through about 6 pads to do a thorough job on my whole apartment, but I think I will buy six more so as not to do washing every other day. The one thing I will say is that the cord is not very long, so if you live in a large space, this could be an issue. Otherwise, this product is wonderful!

This steam mop is fantastic !
This is my first steam mop and after searching for quite some time both on line and in stores I decided on this one because of all the good reviews. I am very happy that I did.
I have only had this machine for a couple of days, and I was so excited I started using it the minute it arrived. I love it.
It is light weight yet sturdy, is so very easy to use and does a great job. We have a lot of tile in our home and I was able to clean quickly and efficiently.
Cleaning floors has never been so easy.
I love that it doesn't need any harsh cleaners and the floor dries very quickly, no soggy residue, and a very clean floor.
The versatility is also a great plus, this little machine can do so much.
I haven't used all the functions yet but I have great confidence they will meet my expectations.

A effective tool for house cleaning. Well, easy to set up. I just used less than one min to set up it. So fast right. Besides, the design is reasonable since it's so easy to hold, I mean, handle enough. After using for a while, I find it works excellent on hard floor. I clean floors at home every morning. With the steam coming out, the mop cleaned the floors clearly. What's more, the wet floors become dry very fast! You never worry about the re-dirty by kids. I do believe this mop does a fantastic job at home! Indeed a good helper! However, compared to cleaning the floors, it's not so effective to clean my sofa. Maybe it should be improved about this function. Anyway I'm like it!!!
Cleaning becomes much easier

My little baby crawls here and there and clean my hardwood floor with his clothing if I don't, so it took me about one hour on cleaning the floor with regular mops before. With the steam mop, I finish floor cleaning in 15 minutes. The steam mop makes the cleaning much easier and it is a great time-saver. Also, the multifunctional steam mop is also easy to use to clean dust from other surfaces, like sofa, chair. (Sure you need to have more than 1 cleaning pad). It's easy to assemble and easy to operate.
