It won't keep things cold

while it gives good protection, it is poorly insulated and the supplied cooling bags don't last even 12 hours in cool weather. For the bulk, it could be much better insulated.

Perfect size and doesn't stand out which is nice. Simple non attention seeking design. Good for men and women. Makes it easier to be out and about. I no longer need to carry a bulky lunch box.
