I have the grids hanging side by side on my office wall above my desk in place of a bulletin board. I hang all the papers that I need quick access to as well as photos. I get a lot of compliments on the look of the grids. They take up a good bit of space above my desk, which is what I wanted to fill in the blank white walls. Hanging horizontally, side by side, with a few inches between the two, they are just about the width of my desk, so the look is visually very pleasing and cohesive. They look a lot cooler than a boring bulletin board! I had a minor issue with one of the hanging clips, but the company has excellent customer service and responded to my message right away.
Lightweight, effective, just what I needed

This product met expectations. I was looking for something to display photographs. I wanted to upgrade from sticking them in the trim of my cupboard doors. I love the fact that it is so light weight. While we will probably use a different method to hold it on the wall, one sewing type pen was enough to support the weight. It came with some little plastic mounting pins also, but we will probably not use those.
As far as putting items on the actual grid, it came with some little clothes pen style mini clips that are effective for holding the photos. I noticed that one of the clothes pens did leave a small mark on my photo, but I really did not feel it was a big deal. Photos are meant to be enjoyed. We tried mounting photos with a magnet, and while I believe it might be possible, we will probably just use the mini clothes pins. The black color is a stark contrast against our earth tone wall.

I purchased 2 for use at work. They look nice and different.
Please note these are hung by 2 plastic hooks, the actual hooks securely fasten to the wall but i worry about the plastic hook portion snapping over time. Since these hang from the top only the bottom does move about when moving items. It is a little awkward to fasten items, you have to pull it away from the wall a bit and get the clothespin in, for that reason i would not recommend if you would need to change out the items on the racks frequently.
*note in the picture i even lost one of the plastic hooks during instillation behind my desk, i improvised and hung them one right above the other allowing me to utilize the two lower hooks to secure my top rack.
