Flavor your food without salt!

I like that the spices are such a good blend that they can be used on anything to make the dish more flavorful. Sodium is in everything now and as we get older, too much causes so much harm. It is nice to know there are tasty alternatives to salt. We don't miss it!
A low sodium diet doesn't have to be bland

I bought this for my father-in-law who is on a diet to lower his blood pressure. He was definitely missing salt and spices that contained salt. I got this variety pack in the hopes that he would find something he liked. He has really enjoyed these and so has the family. It's sometimes hard to find spice with absolutely no sugar and all of these are salt and sugar free. Also the ingredient list is pretty much frankenfood free. We all have been using them at family dinners and have been pleasantly surprised that something without salt can actually have flavor. Who would have thought that? A low sodium diet doesn't have to be bland afterall.

Even if you aren't on a salt restricted diet, these spice blends are well worth the money. Lots of flavor and they actually taste like what you think they would taste like. Some salt-free spice blends just seem to be a bunch of random spices and herbs that don't really have much of a flavor profile or are just bland. These have an excellent, strong flavor profile that makes it a great buy for everyone. Ever use a salted seasoning blend and add too much because you want more of the spice flavor, but the salt is overwhelming? Buy these and you can add as much as you want without over-salting your dishes. All of the flavors are excellent, the Original Red even has a spicy kick to it! The Taco Knight tastes exactly like you'd expect from an American taco seasoning, but with some added cumin, onion and oregano make a great chili starter too. Well worth the money, you'd spend a lot more buying the spices and herbs individually to make your own. I'll definitely be buying again.
