First, I love these panties for the following reasons"¦

After reading reviews on the stretch and fit, I was completely unsure what size to order, so I ordered the size Amazon recommended. They fit but I felt like they were more of a bikini on me rather than a hipster. I could certainly have worn the smaller size but I didn't like the lower fit. So, I ordered the next size up and LOVE! PERFECT!
The stretch makes the sizing on these panties very flexible. I think ordering by the hip size on the chart will give you the hipster style. I would imagine that if you ordered a size larger than your hip size, you would end up with a waist/brief fit. A size smaller than hip size according to the chart would give you a bikini fit.

Love these fit well, super stretchy, soft, wash well no shrinking. Like these so much I just ordered more in another color and size down in 3x. I'm 5'9 and 215lbs got a size 4x the first time I ordered them and they fit comfortably(working great) and ordered a 3x for a tighter fit (second order). Only wish they sold in pairs of 7 not 6 so I would have enough for 1 week.
