Looks like it will last a long time

Very well-made thick rubbery plastic. Looks like it will last a long time. Comes with 4 extra attachments. Not clear but see through enough so that you can see inside. Much nicer than the cheap red ones you can get at local pharmacies. The stop-cock is nicer than the tiny piece of plastic clamp you normally get to stop the flow.

Amazing product and excellent customer service!! The storage bag is perfect for keeping everything together(obviously).
No leaks; works great; lots of nozzels; air gets trapped easily

This is my fourth or fifth silicon enema bag/kit. I'm still learning to use it. This is the first one that has a valve that keeps the liquid from backing up into the bag. It's also the first one with a control valve that regulates the amount of liquid flowing out -- all the other ones simply had a clamp that you could open or close.
The bag is sturdy, has no chemical odor, and everything works great without leaking. My primary reason for picking this one as a replacement to my last one is that it comes with a "straight-in" tip. My other bags, I had to purchase one of these separately. The tapered, flexible tips unfortunately all have a little chad of plastic that grabs the tender tissue of your rectum and tears it over time. The "straight-in" tip LOOKS like it would be less comfortable, but it is actually much, much, much less painful to use. My only dissatisfaction was that the tip this one came with is much smaller than the others I was purchasing, and it has a tendency to slip out while I'm doing the enema.
The tubing of this bag is VERY long. My advice would be to cut all the tubing in half as soon as the bag arrives and reconnect everything. Save the extra tubing for later when you want clean, new tubes. It was nice that this came with everything already connected and put together for you, so you don't have any confusion about how to set it up.
This bag also has two hanging holes at the top -- you only need to put the s-shaped hook through one of them -- leave the other side open to pour your liquid in.
I found that I had to hang this bag higher than my other ones to get enough gravity to get all the liquid out. I had to rearrange my bathroom to make this work. The other bags I could hang from a doorknob on a closet or the bathroom door itself.
The greatest frustration so far has been getting air pockets out of the tube before the enema. My other bags didn't have this problem. I've found if you waggle the tube after the liquid is in, the air slowly works its way out and up through the top of the bag. It just takes time. I think if you cut your tubes in half, you'll have less air to get out as well.
