So far so good. Ended up buying an additional camera which was super easy to pair. Good night vision. I wish you could control the camera position from the monitor and could enlarge the font on the screen that display's temperature, etc.

We have this Camera since few years already and I love it very much! Also the customer service is unbelievable! The are amazing never see something like that! If I hav a problem of a broken part the immediately sending a new one! Thank you amazing!

I bought our 1st moonybaby monitor system 3 yrs ago. We Loved it. It was used everyday, pretty much all day and a good portion of the night. The monitor was dropped and the screen cracked. I was disappointed that the unit we had was no longer available. I ordered the one recommended as a replacement. Easy to set up. The monitor stopped working in less than 2 days. The Customer Service was outstanding. Questions asked, answers given and new unit was shipped to replace it. It should arrive tomorrow. I will update this review after using it for a while. I truly appreciate the customer service rendered. Yes, I would recommend this seller to friends.
** Edit ** The replacement unit arrived and was put into use as soon as it was charged. It is a bit smaller than the previous one but the picture is very clear, the sound is as well. I am very appreciative of the customer service dept. A great choice in baby monitor systems.

We have had this monitor for 8 months and love it! I'll bullet point the best features below for those that have babies already and don't have time to read massive paragraphs!

+battery life is amazing! I leave it on for hours at nap, and hours at bedtime without recharging. I plug it in over night.
+ wide angle camera!! I bought another and returned it because the camera had to be so high up above her bed to be able to see her anywhere in her bed. It's about midway up the corner of her wall and I get a full view of her crib.
+power saving mode...screen is off until the baby makes a noise to turn it back on. You can adjust the sensitivity. You can also just have the screen on the whole time too. Power saving mode is optional.
+ range is good! I can walk a few houses down and still be within range.
+talk to your baby...I've used this a few times now that she is older to tell her I'm coming when she wakes up. Not essential but nice.
+set up and directions are written out step by step in the screen so we didn't even really need the manual.

- the ONLY negative is that the plug in is not a round plug into the unit. It's one like you would have on your kindle. Sometimes going to bed I fumble with it in the dark because you have to get it lined up just right. Wish it was a standard round plug but it's certainly not a deal breaker!

They responded the same day addressing my needs and, in a few days, I had a brand-new monitor free of charge. They even sent the information on how to pair it with our 2 cameras. The device works perfectly, and we are back to having peace of mind while sleeping. I have not seen customer service like this in a long time! I was so grateful!
