I started taking this along with Naturabest Garcinia Cambogia because a friend recommended them for weight loss and I must admit at first i was skeptical but surprisingly, i have already started to notice a difference and it's only been two weeks. Truthfully I see no difference. I'm on a healthy diet and I exercise. I've been taking it for 3 weeks haven't lost a pound and I don't feel any different.

Hey everyone!! I bought these capsules a few weeks ago and drinking it with the Garnicia Gamboa pills. I decided to go with these capaules because Applce cider vinegar is DISGUSTING!!!!!!! I tried my best to drink it int he day but it was just HORRIBLE. I've read it really helps with weightloss goals and I can say IT DOEEES WORRK!! With the combination of Garncia Gamboa, Apple Cider Pills, Exercise, and Dieting.... I have lost 17 pounds since i started with my weight loss journey !!!! 17 lbs !!!!! I highly recommend it. Love them. Definitely works. Losing weight. Feel full quicker not eating as much. I am not overweight just needed to lose about 6-8 pounds and try and keep it off! It has been 3 weeks and I have lost 6 pounds and I am having no issue keeping those extra pounds off. Not sure how it would work if you needed to lose a lot of weight. I definitely see a difference in not feeling as hungry as I was before. Happier eating smaller portions.

So my son and I are doing a eat and be healthier thing. I don't wanna call it a diet cause we're not dieting. Just bettering our meals. I've heard lots of good things about apple cider vinegar but unable to tolerate the liquid. So I got this for us to share and use.
My son got very sick for about a week and a half. I told him it's probably cleaning out the crap in his system and his body is freaking out. After about a week though, he said "mom, look at my hands! I haven't used anything on them since the vinegar pills." his eczema on his hands were getting lighter... We've been doing this and 3 weeks later, I asked how his eczema is on his body and such.. The ones in his hands are gone. His neck, arms, knees, legs.. I don't see any sign.. Is it really these pills? It's the only different thing we've done! He still has it on his face, above his lips. That's the hardest area, but my goodness. Every where else has faded.. And he's lost 10 in 3 weeks. Something that he's struggled with forever. It's a slow and healthy progress and we are so happy that he IS finally losing weight (we've tried so many fad diets and pills and nothing has done anything) and so far, eczema has disappeared...
