This is working well. I needed to connect some old drives (IDE) in a new MoBo with SATA connections.
I purchased several adapter cards but while it worked for front installed drives like DVD players and the likes it gets in the way of the computer cover when installing internal HDD in the bays as these are placed sideways. The card sticks out too much. I even had to insert the drive with the connections toward the back.
All in all good product for a reasonable price. Beats buying a SATA HDD and cloning the old IDE drive to it.
