Basic Massage Cushion

I may have not read the specifics about this sea cushion, but it was the best one within my criteria and price point.
I'm happy with its performance, even though I was slightly disappointed with the massage pattern, where the rollers (or whatever the moving pieces are called) move in a STEADY rotation, up and down, without any different "settings". The only settings to choose from are: Lower, Mid and Full, which basically targets the areas you wish to massage. I guess I hoped for a variety of massage patterns, which are not offered with this cushion.
The heat option works fine, and the seat vibrates. There is a convenient remote control and an "OK length" power cord, which you need to be careful because the connection point can disconnect fairly easily if you move the cushion, but an extension cord should solve this problem.
I recommend sticking with the 10-15min in the first week, so you can get used to it. If you overdo it, you might be hurting the next day!

Powerful Massager that is Reasonably Priced

This is a very good Massage Seat Cushion. I got it for my wife. No doubt it is very strong and will be painful at first. It took her several tries before she could tolerate the rollers they were so strong. I must agree, that even for me, it was a pretty strong/hard massage. Obviously, how significant this is will depend on the person using it. The only way to reduce the pressure/strength of the rollers is to reduce your weight pushing on it. I put a vibrating seat massager on top to cushion the rollers. That helped a lot. However, it takes away the powerful action of the rollers. Most likely it deserves five stars but I decided to give it four as a caution to potential buyers that it does have a very powerful massaging action. But then again, it is supposed to! By the way, I selected this particular product because it seemed to have the features of much more expensive units and had very good reviews but was lower cost. I would recommend it.

As a programmer, I sit 8+ hours per day so lots of back pain going on. I go to massage twice per month to release my pain. It costs me a lot. Hence, I decided to buy something helpful to reduce my pain. I found this product with very good review and good price so I gave it a try. The massage seat fit my office chair perfectly. The seat can be heated and Shiatsu Massaging nodes travel entire back. It can also move lower back or upper back depends on your needs. I am feeling comfortable when enjoying the massaging. It penetrates deeply my tissues and muscles. Releases my muscle tension after two cycles. Really good product. Recommended it.

I bought this back massager because I have chronic back pain. upper middle and lower back, heat, seat vibration and so many different massage styles and speeds. I was so impressed by the quality of this massager! You can place it on any chair and it even comes with a power adapter for your car! It comes with a remote which is so helpful What a treat to come home everyday and get a wonderful back massage! I LOVE IT.
Some parts are nice some are not so much.

I only bought this one because it had the highest reviews... So here's a normal one that isn't overflowing with perfection and praise.
Pros:
This is a very tall unit. I am 6ft tall and it still gets my whole back stopping at the base of my neck.
Lightweight, this unit isn't really hard to carry or transport.
Car adapter, you can use this in the car.
Cons:
The heating feature does nothing, I can't tell the difference between heat on and heat off.
The mesh hurts, after the first 15min the mesh really digs into your skin to the point of being uncomfortable.
The seat portion is weird, shaking my butt for me doesn't count as a massage IMO. this is a feature I will never use.
Speaking of features this thing only seems to do the last two... pressing and rolling I was expecting a bit better.
